Quiet hours
Quiet hours: 10 p.m. → 8 a.m. every day. Music, television and conversations at a reasonable volume at all times. Corridors and common areas: discretion at all times.
Gatherings
Meetings within the studio occupancy limit are welcome. Group events require prior written agreement.
Smoking
Twelve Stays is entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, in all indoor and common spaces. Outdoor areas are available.
Pets
Not permitted anywhere on the property.
Above — The Rooftop
Access reserved for Twelve Stays residents. Non-resident guests admitted only from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., in the presence of the resident. After 10 p.m.: residents only. Do not move furniture. Leave the space clean after use.
Common areas
Keep the lobby, corridors, laundry and shared spaces clean. Do not store personal items in common areas. Report any issue to the team.
Visitors
Visits permitted from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Accompany visitors in the building at all times. Overnight guests must be declared in advance.
Access and security
Your access code is strictly personal. Do not share it. Do not hold doors open for unknown persons. Report any incident to our team immediately.
Parking
ℹ️ Twelve Stays has no private parking on the property.
No parking space is included in the stay.
Street parking in Dar Bouazza is generally easy.
Our team is available to guide you on arrival.
Waste
Use designated containers. Report bulky items to the team for organised collection.
Use of equipment
Common and studio equipment must be used with care. Any damage caused is charged to the resident concerned.
Consequences
Any repeated or serious violation of these rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
